The Advantages of a 4 Day Work Week

I liked this article because, hey, who wouldn't enjoy a 4 day work week? It showed that 82% of the employees who were currently involved in this experiment favored the 4 day week. They also noted they felt more productive at work and there was a reduction in sick days. Another positive of the shorter week was fewer commuters on the roads, which then led to fewer green house gas emissions. I think more businesses should look into 4 ten hour days, instead of the typical work schedule.

A Network Plan for Success

I found this article very interesting because it takes a different approach to networking. Becoming connected to at least three different people every week was the key strategy. Introducing friends to other people that could possibly make a big impact on their career was also key in this article. Through this strategy, find new partners, projects, and friends.
